Testing is carried out using professional Megger multifunction test equipment by an electrician with 15 years’ experience and City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing, Level 3. You receive a comprehensive PDF report, normally on the same day or by the following day.

Additional circuits and remedial work
Where a domestic installation has more circuits than are covered by the standard property price, additional circuits are charged at £25 each. Any remedial work identified is always quoted separately.

What is included in the EICR price?
The inspection and testing and a comprehensive PDF Electrical Installation Condition Report are included. Any remedial work is quoted separately.
How quickly will I receive the report?
Reports are normally issued on the same day or by the following day.
Do you carry out commercial EICRs?
Yes. Commercial inspections are priced from £110 per distribution board plus £25 per circuit, subject to access and the complexity of the premises.
What happens if the report identifies problems?
The report will record the observations found. Echo Electrical can provide a separate quotation for remedial work, with no obligation.
